PRIME is undertaking the design and build of the restructuring and refurbishment of a Mews house in Kensington. This project will involve the erection of a one storey rear extension, the lowering of the ground floor to create an indoor swimming pool and pertinent plant room, and an attic conversion including a rear roof extension. It will also include the installation of curtain windows on the first floor of the home, and a new garage.
PRIME is responsible for the complete design, submitting and obtaining all necessary permits, and carrying out all construction and structural works for this project
